When te sun is out we love to go to the beach. Wether it’s cold or not, it’s always nice to walk besides the coast line, especially when there are seals. As I’ve never seen these before, I was really excited when we brought a visit to Horsey Beach in Norfolk. Known for its beautiful surroundings, walking paths and most special: the seals.
On the way towards the dunes you can follow different signs with questions on it, a nice way to know more about the seals and the surrounding area. Upon arrival we already saw a huge crowed of people with cameras and binoculars, obviously to see these seals from a close distance. And indeed when we made it to the top we saw these cute fairy animals laying and shuffling on the beach. Such a nice experience.
If you would like to visit Norfolk to watch the seals, make sure the best time is during the winter months where you can see them at Blakeney and Horsey. During the summer months you can see them via a boat trip at Hunstanton and Blakeney.
